3. Student Fees Management System

Problem statement: Design a front end/back end process to read the students' details along with the Fees per year. Student can pay the fees in one instalment or more than one. There should be functions to find the balance amount of any student, list of students who have not at all paid the fees, list of students who have paid full fees, list of students who have paid at least 50% of the fees, total amount to be collected from the students, total amount collected so far, details of the fees paid by the student.
