Instructions
This is the last step in the problem formulation process for the class. Sometimes you will need to perform prescriptive analysis, but in many cases, you will stop with predictive. In this step in the case, you will run a multiple regression model to forecast churn/not churn. This is also the step in the case where you will prepare your presentation to share your models and your findings. In addition to presenting your predictive model, you will also produce a presentation of no more than 15 slides excluding your cover slide, your references slide and your "end slides", e.g., (Thank you, Question?, and Contact Information slides). I will not prescribe what your 1 content (or fewer) slides should contain; instead, you should decide what information is relevant for the executives for Telco and present your findings accordingly. You should feel free to use anything from your descriptive and diagnostic analysis, especially if they help explain your resulting variable list. You do not have to use 15 slides. Use what you think is appropriate!
How you will be graded:
Does your presentation "tell a story"? (15 pts) Did you effectively describe the problem? (5 pts)
Did you provide a model to predict churn/not churn? (5 pts)
Did you effectively describe the model you used and how you tested it? (5 pts)
Did you provide background to effectively explain how you arrived at the model? (5 pts)
Did you use presentation best practices? (15 pts)
