Flight delays are becoming more of a concern for people flying.  They want to decide what airline they should fly that has the lowest amount of flight delays.  Using Minitab, an airport's management team wants to know what the biggest factor is at their airport for flight delays.  Is it one airline?  Is it a type of delay?  Is it a month of the year?  The management team has asked you to be a consultant on the decision of what factors they need to look for in improving their airport's on time arrivals and departures.  The website below lists flight delay data (you want to download the raw data file and open with Minitab):

What factors need to be improved?  What factors do not have as much significant effect?  Use the different tools and techniques learned in class this year to help the airport.  You can choose the airport that you want to do the research on and you need to use a year's worth of data.
