The Assignment:
You are required to create storyboards (minimum of one per student, not per team) that will allow stakeholders to understand the data and make decisions. To do this, here are a few helpful hints:
At the outset, identify a few possible stakeholders who could benefit from the analysis of the data. Develop one or more storyboards for each stakeholder. There should be a storyboard in the workbook for every team member, i.e., if a team consists of two students, the workbook should contain at least two storyboards – it can have more but not less.
Think about the information needs of each stakeholder and how visualizations using the data can inform their decisions.
1. For each stakeholder, develop a set of questions that your visualization, interactive dashboard, and storyboard should answer. Document this information in the MS Word document. Note:
a) Make sure each visualization, interactive dashboard, and storyboard is appropriately titled. Every Worksheet, Interactive dashboard, and Story should also have an appropriate name and should be formatted elegantly. Include names of the team member in the caption of the visualizations, interactive dashboards and story boards they created.
b) Use a mapping table if it helps you think through your assignment. Include the table in your MS Word document.
