·        Find attached a paper I have written but need to improve content and add data and do analysis. It is an academic paper and will serve as a doctoral thesis.

·        Review the entire paper to check for mistakes, grammatical errors, presentation style etc. Everything must align to the topic, must make sense and conform to the standard that can be published in any reputable academic journal.

·        Review the literature and add most current literature and delete ones that are not needed. This should include the bibliography side.

·        Data: Data should cover the entire stock market in the USA.(S&P 500 etc). Also get data on financial performance from COMPUSTAT, Data on stock market from CRISP Therapeutics AG (CRSP), Data on Board Characteristics from Responsibility Research Center (IRRC), Data on Sustainability from Bloomberg ESG index.  Please refer to the data description section. You can modify this section based on the sources of your data. Please note that I will need the files and also the link to the sources of the data.

·        Analysis: Please start with the basics like summary statistics, Graphs, FMOLS, Correlation and Regression and zoom into an advanced model which could be a popular model but varied with the introduction of new variables. 

·        Please note that I will need detailed notes to explain the model to me. I will need to defend this paper at some point.

·        Please I will need 15 pages presentation slides that summarize the paper.

·        I welcome any ideas on how to modify/improve the content.
