This growth has driven a demand for a delivery service which requires a decision to choose a vehicle that will suit their needs. They want to expand into a new location in a different country with a similar consumer base. they want to only begin with one of their location and to insure but they will be able to have the same business strategy in this location keeping into consideration the consumer need for the service, their organic crops in this location and been able to deliver the food fresh every two days and to ensure the consumers are in close proximity to the company. To ensure that the same delivery service that will be implemented in the Irish location will also be copied for the new location in the new country. The purpose of the model is to assess a number of Key criteria that will assist the hapi food management to tournament the optimal new location to have their business alongside the optimal vehicle chosen for both the old and new business.
