Rubrics: The assumption is that your scare is 100. Points will be deducted for deviations from the instructions depending on how large and consequential the

Here are the main elements of the dashboard in more detail:

-> The dashboard is created from four different sheets.

-> Sheet 1 will display the monthly sales in thousands that will change based on the value of a filter from a calculated field called ReportMonth.

-> Sheet 2 will display the month-over-month (MoM) Sales Growth formatted as a percentage with one decimal place. Negative values will be in red font and.

positive values in green font.

-> Sheet 3 will display a horizontal bar chart of sales in categories and subcategories. The category names will first be sorted from highest sales to lowest,

sales, and the subcategories will also be sorted in a similar descending order. The color of the bars will be determined based on the sign of the month-over-

month growth percentage value with shades of red for negative and shades of green for positive values. The bars will also have a reference line in black

that shows the sales value in each subcategory in the month prior to the active month,

-> Sheet 4 will display a bullet graph of monthly sales connected with lines and the sales for each month is displayed with a gray bullet. The bullet for the

active month needs to be colored in a different color, eg, orange.

-> The dashboard itself will be arranged as shown in the video above.
