Prepare a review on the effects of palm oil consumption on cardiovascular diseases among humans, using a maximum of five peer-reviewed articles (original articles or systematic reviews) published from 2016 to 2020.  

The review should include a discussion on the methodological issues and findings of the selected studies, make conclusions and recommendations based on the evidence. (Using PRISMA checklist)
