To determine the effectiveness of an intervention module that consists of an exercise programme and health education, in preventing lower back pain, among University of Malaya Medical Centre nurses.

Specific Objective:
• To develop a low back pain prevention module for healthcare workers.
• To determine the effectiveness of the low back pain prevention module in preventing low back pain among UMMC nurses
• To evaluate the impact of the low back pain prevention module on Work Productivity among UMMC nurses
• To evaluate the impact of the low back pain prevention module on Sick-absenteeism among UMMC nurses.
