Inputs

1.       Create a family-friendly working program and work reintegration program to allows mothers to return to new responsibilities and facilitates work-life balance so that employees can remain in their jobs.

a.       Create a Mentorship Program to help women grow professionally and stay longer in the workplace.

b.      Create an Apprenticeship programme in which women have the opportunity to carry out limited mandates as "apprentices".

c.       Create a Career Progression Program to provide training opportunities focused on equipping women for leadership.

3.       Develop the Recruiting Program to achieving diversity goals.

4.       Implement a Gender equality Culture Program to eradicate all discrimination in the workplace.

5.       Implement GBV Prevention and Response Program to support women and promote a safe and healthy environment
