Write a C++ program that manages people health information using parallel arrays. Assume that there are 5 people,

1.    Create proper arrays to store their first name, height (in meter), weight (in kg), and age.
2.    You may initialize the arrays (name, height, weight, and age) in the program or read the data from the keyboard.
3.     Create a BMI array. Using a function, calculate BMI (body mass index) for every person BMI = weight (kg) / height² (meter²). For example, Ahmed’s BMI = 65.0 / (1.68)² = 23.03
4.     Calculate the averages of the age and weight of the people. Write a single function and use it for 2 different integer arrays.
5.    Calculate the averages of the height and BMI of the people. Write a single function and use it for 2 different float (or double) arrays.
6.    Sort the people according to their BMI (from lowest to highest). 
7.    Print out all the information about all the people in the sorted order, followed by the averages.
