I performed successfully as a senior writer and team lead. I was instrumental in creating a working agile documentation team. As an individual contributor I wrote installation and configuration documentation for UNIX and Windows system administrators supporting our products in Oracle and SQL environments. I worked on extensive online help systems for both administrators and end users, and contributed to marketing, training, and online collateral. My last three years with GE were as a remote employee.
