Sex (Male vs Female)

SMKSTAT (smoking status) 1: current smoker; 2: former smoker; 0: never)

Age (age at the time of survey)

FEV1 (Lung function test: forced expiratory volume in one second). 

1. Please provide the SAS codes for reading the asthma dataset into SAS RAM including the path.
