In the presentation, you will use your understanding of the Royal Hotel’s guest satisfaction to create a 6 to 10-minute-long recorded PowerPoint presentation for a department of your choice.  The departments you may choose from are front office, housekeeping, food and beverage or maintenance.  In this presentation, you will report the Royal Hotel’s historical and recent performance for the metrics you feel are most relevant to your department.  Each measure should be reported relative to the Royal Hotel’s brand average.  Your presentation should be informative and actionable.  You should share information that will help your department know how they are performing, how they have performed in the past, where they are performing well and where they can improve.
