Using the data in satisfaction.txt conduct the appropriate tests of the questions below. The data represent employee satisfaction ratings from group 1 and group 2 at the end of 3 years.

a) Conduct an appropriate hypothesis test to test the initial response between group 1 and group 2 (hint: review).

b) Is there a difference between the groups of their average satisfaction over the three years analyzing each year (1,2,3) using multivariate analysis

c) Provide the statistics for Wilks A, Lawley-Hotelling, Pillai Trace, and Roy Trace. Is there a difference between these? Is there a difference in the conclu- sion?

d) What conclusions do you draw and how would you interpret them if there is a difference between the results.
