A run is a sequence of adjacent repeated values. Write a program that generates a sequence
of 20 random die tosses in an array and that prints the total number of runs generated. 
For example, in the sequence of rolls below, the runs are shown in parentheses
and there are a total of 3 of them.

Your assignment is to write three functions:

1. A function to generate the 20 dice rolls (the values are 1-6) and store them into 
an array of 20 integers.  
Call this function roll_dice.  This function should take in as input, an array 
and return the dice rolls stored into the array, i.e. roll)dice(int arr[20])

2. A function to count the number of runs and prints that out. 
This function should take in as input, an array and count the number of runs in the array.  
Call this function count_run, i.e. count_run(int arr[20])

3. A main function to call roll_dice, prints out the sequence of rolls generated by 
roll_dice, and call count_run to count and print out the number of runs.

4. Provide a makefile to compile the code to an executable called "play_dice"
