1 Simple regression analysis

1.1 Fit an earnings function (wage equation), EARNINGS on S, using EA WE data set 2 1 , and give an interpretation of the coefficients.

1 .2 What was the value of R2 in the 1 . 1 wage equation fitted by you? Comment on it.

1.3 Perform a t test on the slope coefficient and the intercept of the wage equation, and state your conclusion?
