Each goal is worth six points.

  1. Prepare a spreadsheet to show the results from round 20 of the AFL 2013 season.
  2. Use a formula to calculate the total score for each team and extend that formula to all teams in the column.
  3. Create the main heading for the spreadsheet in merged cells across the page.
  4. Adjust the size of columns and rows so that it prints well on an A4 page. You may choose landscape or portrait printing.
  5. Use cell styles to colour the winning team’s cells green.
  6. Add a comment ‘Winner’ in the cell of the name of each winning team.

Q2 Question 2

You may need to rearrange the data, to have all the data in one column in order to make the following charts:

  1. Present the football scores (total only) as a Bar Chart and a Column Chart.
  2. Make sure the chart looks good and has all the appropriate titles and labels

  1. Present a Pie Chart for the total of each teams score as a percentage of the total score of both teams combined. 
  2. Show a label with the % of the combined score for each team 
  3. Make sure the chart looks good and has all the appropriate titles and labels 
  4. Insert a picture or logo of both football teams in the chart (you will find a logo quite easily in an images search in google) 

 

Q4 Question 4

Using the same football scores create a spreadsheet and calculate the following information using formula:

  1. The average score of all the teams from that round. 
  2. The total number of goals scored that round.

Create a sales report for the month of June 2013 for the six hardware stores in you group.

  6. If new renovations to the Foster store produce a 50% increase in sales. Show the new pie chart to show the sales of each store as a % of the sales of the group as a whole. Assuming all the other sales remained the same. 
  7. Add a footer to the page showing ‘Sales June 2013’ 
  8. Format the document to ensure it looks professional.
